Antonio Delgado

Co-Founder, Onward Heights

Antonio Delgado didn't start his career in digital marketing.

He started knocking on doors.

For three years, Antonio worked in door-to-door sales selling AT&T services. The job wasn't glamorous. Long days in the heat, constant rejection, and an environment where most people quit quickly. Yet he became known as "Consistent Tony" because no matter the conditions, he always produced results. While others focused on short-term wins, Antonio focused on showing up every day, improving his process, and steadily increasing his performance.

That mindset followed him throughout his career.

After transitioning into retail sales with Verizon, Antonio quickly became one of the top-performing sales representatives on his team, frequently leading internal sales competitions. During this time, he purchased his first investment property—a duplex—which introduced him to the concepts of cash flow, leverage, and building long-term assets rather than simply earning a paycheck.

Seeking a larger challenge, Antonio joined CrowdStrike as a Sales Development Representative. Surrounded by college graduates and experienced technology professionals, he was the only member of the office without a college degree. Despite that, he finished his first month as the top performer and consistently ranked among the highest-producing team members in the office.

Although successful in sales, Antonio eventually realized he was more interested in building systems than working inside them.

That opportunity came through his family's commercial concrete company, where he stepped into a leadership role managing projects across Texas. Antonio oversaw crews, project managers, subcontractors, schedules, logistics, budgets, and client relationships. Many of the projects involved active Walmart locations where precision, communication, and execution were critical. The experience sharpened his ability to coordinate people, solve problems under pressure, and manage complex operations with moving parts.

While construction taught him how businesses operate in the real world, it also exposed a recurring problem.

Many great business owners struggled not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked a predictable way to acquire customers.

That realization eventually led Antonio into digital marketing.

What began as curiosity quickly became an obsession. Antonio became fascinated with SEO, lead generation, automation, and the idea of building digital assets that could generate recurring income long after the initial work was completed. Rather than viewing marketing as a service, he viewed it as infrastructure—a system capable of creating opportunities for businesses at scale.

Today, Antonio serves as Co-Founder of Onward Heights, where he and his business partner Peyton Stanley are building proprietary software, automation tools, and lead-generation systems designed to create long-term value for both businesses and consumers.

Their mission is simple:

Build digital assets that generate opportunities.

Whether through SEO, automation, lead generation, or future technology ventures, Antonio believes the same principle that guided his career from door-to-door sales to entrepreneurship still applies:

Consistency, execution, and a willingness to solve difficult problems will outperform talent alone.

The goal isn't simply to build another marketing company.

It's to build systems that continue creating value for years to come.
